I wanted to make a youtube video for my newest map Super Fun Time. But my Xbox has the red ring of death. So if someone can download the map and driving them driving on it, with some descent angles of course. And then upload it you youtube and give me a link. I can rip it and edit the video and upload it on my account. In return for doing this I will advertise your maps on the video. The last map I made a video for had 100,000+ hits and 10,000+ downloads. I hate to side against a moderator. But, I'm sorry I'm REALLY sure rip made those maps, because I have seen so many people try to steal them (moonbounce and such were some of the first good racetracks). BTW I would love to take a vid of your map as soon as I finish my newest slayer map. But I would have to have at least 20 to 25 percent of the video on my map...PS. (Don't worry its good)
Doesn't seem like the amount of "fame" we'll get is worth it. Even if the people do see our names, they won't care, they'll be looking at YOUR map. The we will be going through the process of editing and compressing for youtube. I think i'll pass.
That's alright zoltan I understadn where your coming from. Thank You Firetag. That sounds like a good idea. Just make a video of you going through the track probably in an overview kinda thing where you follow your guy around the track in camera mode. If you get the some video footage from my map and yours then upload it raw and uncut to youtube and I can take it from there. I'd probably post it as something like halo 3 racetrack with Surprise or something and then have your footage in too and give a link to your map and/or fileshare. Hell I wouldn't mind having 50/50. But I'd put the racetrack tags on and such to get us more views. If you look on my video, it's the highest watched forge halo 3 video out there. So yah wado you think? And when do you believe you map will be done?
