Around the block: Around the Block =Around the block is a symetrical map. . . sorry wait symetrical means the same on both Download Map description: I made this map in sort of a homage to my favorite of all the halo maps. . . Turf. Me and my bro Samandham would play swat magnums on turf before we even knew about swat. here are the weapons: 2 assualt rifles 2 battle rifles 1 shotgun 1 sniper rifle 4 smgs 2 plasma pistols 2 maulers 2 turrets 2 frag grenades 8 plasma grenades 2 mongeese 1 bubble shield 1 power drainer ATB supports Slayer, CTF, and assault. The attackers base. The attacker's block. The defenders base. The defenders block. The tunnel between the two blocks.
It has a nice simple layout. It definately could use some more interlocking and aesthetics. It kind of reminds me of avalanche for some reason.. I'm not sure how gameplay would work; it looks a little easy to score.
there is a remake... its what they call "Perfect" even though I can't see a resemblance at at all for most of the maps.... for the turf remake I would recommend not getting it because for some reason my box laggs when i run on the inside of the "city" i think there's to many fences for it to handle.
this doesnt look all that great, it is very unbalanced an dhas no interlocking. it looks alittle slopy, and you did even close off the 2 main bases, you just put stuff to block the doors
it doesn't need to be blocked or interlocked really, but yeah I am trying to start using interlocking more in my maps.
