Hello everyone. I'm hard at work on my first map release and need some pro feedback... but first order of business is to introduce myself as a new forger. I came across this forum through a google search for "foundry object list" (thx TrueDarkFusion!). Anyway, I've toyed around and eventually set out to do something a little beyond the norm or perhaps something progressive. I'd love for you guys to offer feedback and perhaps later, testing. Well here's the alpha of the map (still needs testing): Tyrant (KotH or Slayer) I'm a bit of a lone forger here... I figured I'd post these to introduce myself, my work, and look for people to help Ohh, and sorry if this should be in the request testers forum, but its also kind of a intro. Anyway, it's cool huh?
Welcome aboard, good sir! You'll find that this is a much friendlier, more helpful place to be than the regular bnet boards. The pictures you posted look interesting, but I have to say that if you want some constructive feedback, you'll need to post more pics and some detail as to what you're trying to accomplish with your map. I can see that there's a KOTH setting, but is that the only Hill? How big is your map? Just within the confines of the two pictures you posted or does it take up more of the map? What makes the map you made progressive? There are some amazing map makers here, and answering stuff like this ahead of time in your description will get you some of the constructive feedback you're looking for. Nice, that map is quite nice. The onlything I would like to see is more pics and or a vid. the one thing from the pic I don't like is the use of crates to block off {look at first pic} I rly don't like that, but thats just me.
