This map is amazing, both in aesthetics and design. The interlocking is great. However, when I played it with a group of friends, the common complaint was that most of the jumps seemed a bit too tactical, if you will, to be completed quickly. i.e. The wall right above where the Plasma grenades' spawn has to be crouch-jumped and can easily be missed, and those side ledges on the protrusion in the middle of the first picture aren't really conducive to speedy jumping. Also, there were a few spots people found "jump exploits," where they could sit on ledges of slightly misaligned boxes. I thought the map was awesome though, and worked well for Slayer and Ball. Didn't try it for CTF. I've had the map for a many weeks now, before it was featured. I downloaded it before I took the time to register here.
This map is fantastic. I think they need to add a little something else in that one empty space and the map would immediately be my favorite for MLG setup.
of course it would be good on MLG, it was made by NeXn he's the king of MLG maps. and infection? don't even get me started on how bad that sounds...
This map should go MLG, it's that awesome! I'm making a map, but it would never be as sweet as this! Good job, nice forging and the works!
