Great. I did redo some keypoints in the third, completely remade version. There's two stairs to get out, on opposite sides on each base. There's also a manhole on the top-level, which is used best going down, but you can also use a portable grav lift equipment to get back up. The bases inside are much bigger, and I've realized that the fence flooring on the top doesn't really make it fair for players coming up, so the floor is solid. There are two mongooses in each bases' second floor, and there's a ghost spawning in the middle. Instead of looking like a hexagon, the map looks like a rectangle. This makes the playing space bigger, and allow me to put more scenery and cover. As for the Flag points, the two teams flags are practically right next to each other, separated by a wall. The return points are inside of the manhole, so you're going to have to jump inside to score. _________________________________________________ The budget glitch helps a lot, but there's a point where I can't spawn more objects. And the other issue is that I can't make the wall as well, because part of it goes into map geometry, and as much as I try, I can't get the wall to morph in at an angle.
I totally understand all those problems. I was actually impressed you were able to get the old map geometry with the item limit.
Oh, I'm sorry about you getting spawn killed on the review? lol, I guess. I'm definitely gonna put some scenery by the stairs, and some more on top for extra cover. Meh, I don't mind harsh reviews. At least you gave me a six; TXGhost gave me a five overall.
My review doesn't seem relevant now that a newer version is out. I was on Cosmic Rick's team, and as you are aware it wasn't pretty. Since my review would basically echo his, I'll just leave you with the overall tone of the game for us Red Team-ers: I'll give the new version a DL to check out what you've changed.
