Well for anyone who pre-oreder Battlefield: Bad Company, such as my self, from Game Stop or Amazon you should be playing the demo right now. For those of you on the fence, you can download the demo starting this Thursday June 5th. This is one of the best games of the year. Picture this: in Call of Duty 4 someone is hiding in a building, and you can't find the door. Well that sucks. In Battlefield: Bad Company you don't complain, you takeout you grenade launcher, shoot the wall, and kill that little hiding b%($^. Thats right, the environment is fully destructible, well 99%, so you don't level the entire map. Download the demo please, if your not sold yet, you will be after it. If you don't, then I will petition to have your testicles removed surgically. This is a great game, and the demo kicks ass! Keep an open mind to the controls, play a few games before you judge it. That sounds pretty damn amazing, I was a big fan of Battlefield 2 for the PC and I wanted to see what Bad Company was like. I was optimistic about getting it but now that you said it is almost fully destructable, I really want it. Thanks for sharing this little peice of information with us.

I don't fully understand how multiplayer could work. Unless BBC's servers are a LOT better than halo's then a fully destructable environment would kick the **** out of anything below like t1 internet. The reason that cod4 isn't laggy in the least is b/c they basically don't have any phisics ingame. Halo 3 can get laggy b/c they have big explosions and a lot of vehicles, not to mention the exploding vehicles. is this game going to be single player only? If not then how?
It was laggy on the morning that it came out but a message on the demo said they were adding more servers. Now there is rarely lag even with 24 people
i played this last night, like 5 games. i didnt like it. i liked BF2 at the time, but those games just arent for me anymore
i hath downloaded the demo ... trying to finish the map i'm working on before i play it though, cause i know i'll not be boshed about going back to finish it.
It's very fun, but it's also disappointing in some regards. Squads are sloppy as hell, the map can be annoying at times, the name pop-up is o much worse than in Halo, the destructible environments are not as advanced as early screens and reports suggested, several things that should be breakable stand tall after the harshest of weapons fire, vehicle turning is a little weak, rockets continue to see the nerf gun effect, air strikes are amazingly weak, the d-pad (which could be used for quick squad messages) goes almost unused, and the lack of ammo packs and defibrillators make things a bit less fun. It is a fantastic product, though.
I downloaded it today and I played the single player...I thought it was really fun. It plays well and I liked the fact that the characters act like real humans. And the fact that you can get lotz of goldz =)
i played the demo its great but i also want to buy unreal tournament 3 so idk which ill buy maybe both wen does it come out?
Its good except, I ran out of ammo So like, i had to sneak behind the enemy's and stab them with a knife.
