Well, this took (approximately) 1 day to complete. I hope you all like it. Outpost 15 This post was completely destroyed on June 08, 2550, or otherwise known as the Outpost 15 Incident. The UNSC frigate, identified as "Luminal Mirage", for it's incredible speed, was fired upon by stolen covenant pirate cruisers, and lost control, causing the crash into Outpost 15. All was destroyed, and only a few soldiers underground survived. Here are pictures of the event. The event. A far away witness. A destroyed patrol tower. Tower teleportation has been severed. Don't know how this camera survived. A good view point. The hostile ships were never caught, but we are always reminded by the incident with the wreckage of Luminal Mirage. -Note--This map is only to look at, not necessarily play.
The link works for me...that's a little weird... And yes, the whole thing was hard. Practically the entire thing was the save/quit method.
Is that a giant robot I see?! Nah, that's a crashed part of a ship. Great idea, I'll have to look at it.
Wow god this sure is a cool looking map it has taken a lot of time i should know i built a map which toke at least 2 days and guess what? I FORGOT TO SAVE IT
Good job with the slanting. Must have been hell to get all the boxes the way you want. You're very close to taking my script's name. >.> Well, the outpost part that is.
Yeah, I'm in the process of making the Luminal Mirage II. This time, you will be able to go in, and it will be big.
ohh i remember you showing this to me. it is super awesome. one of my most favorite aesthetic maps in a while. and definitely best looking "floating ship" ever. you changed the name tho! o well Outpost 15 is way cooler and way more original then crash. and never fear... my awesomes new map is comin out soon. did yoiu enjoy it in playtests?
Yes, your map is very fun. And thanks for the props people. The save/quit method never fails! (funny how I just learned how to do it recently, and never used it on any of my other maps)
Ship in the ground? Well, those are towers. This ship is crashing into the towers, so it may look a little confusing at first, but once you see it, it's really easy to notice.
Haha! At first I couldn't make out what this was but then I realized it was a crashed ship. Great job! It reminds me of that weird black thing in Mos Eisly in Star Wars.
