I would actually love it if there was a way to have an in game discussion be able to be linked via some form of API to external sites/forums so that you could choose to engage externally or internally and have the info displayed alongside a map. And I don't mean a Microsoft or 343 specific site, I mean you could link it to your prefered site provided that site supported the API.

I would also love it if you could get better breakdowns of a map/object stats and ways to manipulate them. A huge one would be how many times a map has been played. The ability to export all this info via an API would also be a great way for site frequenters to have up to date stats on any particular maps or objects. Something like that could allow for an automated Forgehub page that automatically displayed most played new maps outside of it's curated lists.

Welcome to a dead platform! To add a map, use the option “MAPS” in the menu, and select “add a map”. You’ll be prompted to add a Halo Waypoint link and some screenshots of your map, along with some other info. Then, you can simply “Post Map”, and it will be accessible to all members through the subsequently generated page.

I just worked on this image for the forge your world contest. It's taken below Seattle's space needle from Chihuly Gardens, a blown glass art exhibit that I got to check out earlier this year when visiting Washington. I didn't take the original pic myself but remember standing in the same area and looking up. Cool stuff

 

I used snow fall as an attempt to make the fake glass look more reflective. You can see one of the little buggers got away and wandered into the black frame

 

Ya, I used similar tricks with some gobos to add more texture. I really wish they allowed cropping of the images, mine looks like **** now lmao.

I paid, but they changed the name of the street for some reason, and now all my mail is being delivered to the wrong location. Should be fixed soon.

I thought street name adjustments occurred faster these days? Still feels like the 90's.

 

There was some confusion. The street name got set incorrectly and had to be adjusted again this morning. Should start working soon.
Glad to see that FH is back online, as I noticed we were having some address issues here as well.

All the new signs are up last I checked, your GPS device should be able to find addresses there now

 

Does anyone know of good Halo 3 forge 1v1 and 2v2 maps?

 

Not sure who exactly to message these days but the Twitch Streams aren't set up properly. Mixer appears fine.

@WARHOLIC or whoever else is handling code adjustments.

 

Looking into it now @Preacher001. This tool has been quite quirky over the years. I'll see if it has something to do with the tool itself or Twitch.

EDIT: It appears that the tool hasn't updated in quite some time. Maybe some configuration changes between the two. I'll reach out to the developer and hope for an answer.

 

So I haven't posted in a while LOL. But I've been really busy, mostly with game design and music related stuff. Last night I decided to make a song for everyone. This song is for anyone that is trying to keep there heads up during these rough times, looking towards the future with optimism and hope. Its short but I hope you enjoy.
