Halo 6 release date confirmed

 

Considering that nobody forges those maps anymore, including Solo himself, I did find it rather strange.

My unfinished stuff is pretty ridiculous though. Part of why I can't quit Forge.

 

The people who make that style of map have often talked about how they prefer to focus on design, and that art is an afterthought. That's probably what he was referring to.

Agree 100%. This is why I spend so much time before being ready to "play test". I run around in spartan mode so much and imagine how the gameplay will ensue, make changes, and THEN get people to actually play it. That cuts a lot of revision out of the process, and makes sure the idea will conceptually work gameplay-wise before getting too far along in design.

 

Since nobody who's anybody posts anywhere but here I thought I would comment here on the latest update to the site.

I'm liking the new Streams feature, I'm not much of stream guy but I have partaken in watching a few of them as well as had the cringy pleasure of watching Unyshek slowly crumble the other night. Dude, know when to call it a night. hehe.

The one thing I'm not as interested in is the loss of a direct link to the members page. I pop in there from time to time to check who's on the admin list as well as who's rockin the most posts or like lists. As far as I can tell there are no longer any links to that page other than clicking on a user then clicking members like I'm using explorer. Even if it was no longer at the top of the page I wouldn't mind seeing the link located somewhere obvious. It's a good place for noobs to go to find admin and site regulars.

After that first wave of 48 it continued with another 56. So @no god anywhere personally took the time to click like on 104 of my WAYWO posts. Combining that with everyone else I think it's safe to say I really am concerned.

 

Noted and thanks for the feedback. We're making some adjustments to the navbar as we're adding the new add-ons. I agree, the I use the members page a LOT, but it was encroaching the search bar and it felt squashed. But never fear, we're still making small adjustments to the navigation as well as a few other things. Again, thanks for the feedback man, second thought, I think you make a good point about needing a spot to provide feedback regarding the site. Let me see if there is already one, if not I will create one and sticky the thread as we move forward.
