Approval rating is a very misleading metric. Most conservatives agree with Trumps policy but hold reserves for his childish behavior. In any case, your statement that "liberals and conservatives all agree" is absolute bullshit according to the statistic you just shared taken at face value, and that's not even considering what I just pointed out about how misleading the statistic is. He has been stonewalled by congress on every major change he has tried to implement. Okay, that's a fair response. On your other comment, Trumps executive orders in the first 100 days are actually among the highest of newly elected presidents, and that can be fact checked.
