I kwit forging months ago. I'll probably knever forge again. Kant seem to konnect with my kreative juices long enough to kontinue an entire map.
You didn't have it? Spotify is seriously the best music option out there for your money. Their desktop app is honestly even better than mobile.
I found an old high skhool photo of The Akt Man! Here's a link: https://www.instagram.com/p/BR2CdyPD0Wm/
I don't like posting sloppy unfinished stuff, but this thread's weird so here comes the spam. This is my map Hereafter. JK, that was the map, but it's scrapped. I ended up building too far off of the original concept, so it's been stuck on the drawing board. Just wanted to share in case it gets lost to the netherworld.
New to the forum, just completed my first Puzzle Map in forge, fairly new to everything but wanted to give it a whirl. I use to forge back in the days endlessly in halo 3 and Reach. I have upcoming projects related to my newly released Puzzle map i just posted on this site today entitled "Matrix Journey Ep. 01" will be working on a Ep. 02 soon depending on the feedback so go check it out and hit me up guys and gals. Let me know anything, and I mean anything! Positive criticism is a must if I want to become better lol good day to you all!
Puzzle maps when done right are really cool, just please don't make a "find this button" puzzle game, those are the worst. There are so many cool physics to work with in H5.
YO GUYS I'M STILL MAKING GUNS FOR MY GAME "This... is my BOOMSTICK!" Imagine the Railgun, but acts like a sniper against infantry and acts like the Rocket Launcher that detonates into a shotgun-style spread when locked onto vehicles. Here's the Scout Rifle from earlier last week:
I was told tonight that it is NEVER a good thing to die in Halo regardless of the benefits to your team, as dying provides no benefits to your team and all players should stay alive at all times at all costs. What is everyone's opinion on this? Can dying/self sacrifice be a positive or is it always a negative?
Some pros have died so their team can get high ground on a map, some go on a suicide run to fall off the map with a power weapon or even just to get camo/dmg boost so the other team can't have it. Its very situational but usually death is kinda bad unless its for better positioning or for pulling away a weapon/powerup.
Better question imo: is there a time when getting a kill could be a negative? How would you recognize such a situation?
