Sorry you didn't enjoy the map, although It was not made for MLG or AR's alone. Other people have enjoyed playing it so you may be playing the wrong game types, try king of the hill, I can at least guarantee that that will be fun.
My first impression to this map when seeing the thread was "WOW". Now that I played it, it makes no sense. You have amazing forge skills. But absolutely no map design ingenuity. I liked the steps, bunker, bridge, and the back wall with the man cannons. The side without the man cannons and the steps/bunker made absolutely NO SENSE what so ever. It is a sea of geo-glitched and merged objects all over the place. The place under the ramp were the bubble shield is, is absolutely impossible to get into from the one side. You have merged and glitched objects that create more of a nuisance then good map geometry. The objects that I liked, you can instantly tell they were were you spent the most time with and you then got "Forger Block" and ran out of ideas. If you mirrored this and did some more tweaking, it would be an awesome map. Your weapon selection and placement is also horrendous. I don't even want to get into that. If you used your Forging skills and someone who had the imagination to design, you would make an epic map.
Logged in just for this one. Looks amazing, and thanks for that video. Going the extra step makes me smile. As for the map! :O The merging looks amazing, and I love that wall with the tiny opening (I guess you could call it the bunker?) I need to go play this now! lol
WHO rated this poor? I saw this before it was finished when there was onlike like a wall and a half... and even then it was WOWOWOWOWOW!
I downloaded it recently to get a better look at the map, and I have to say; It's magnificent. I love the wall bridge and the man-cannon effect. The geomerging is great as well; excellent.
I knew that this would get featured. Only about a week and it already has as many views as a lot of the other featured maps. I really loved the way that you used the stairs to look kind of like a grate in the wall or something.
I played team doubles on this map, and it was awesome. no places are too cheap, and no weapons overpower. It is one of the best maps I have ever played on, it is so complex
Yeah, this map is IMMENSE. BUT... it says 2-8 players and while i was doin a bit of crazy king 1v1, we spawned basically within melee distance of each other. L...O...L...
i have a noob question, but how do you make boxes go like semi-underground so you can make a staircase out of boxes? if someone could message me the answer through pm, that'd be great :] oh and by the way, the map looks SWEET.
