Here's a couple of suggestions for anyone looking to drop some pounds. Most of it's pretty obvious stuff I think, but the obvious stuff is the important stuff in this case. Exercise a minimum of 3 days per week (It should not all be cardio. Resistance training alone will often yield better results, but a combination of cardio and resistance training is always a good bet.) Don't eat within 3 hours of when you're going to sleep Eat until you're satisfied, not until you're full Eat more proteins, fats, and veggies Eat fewer carbs/starches, sugars, and artificial sweeteners Absolutely NO soda Drink at least 20 ounces of a green drink every day (made fresh, as the ones you can buy will probably have way more sugar in them than you think) My daily green drink consists of the following: - Around 16 ounces of water - A half or full organic lemon - A half avocado - A few frozen organic strawberries - as much organic spinach as I can fit in the blender
Suggestions for your green drink. I used to drink them religously, but the price of fruit in London is insane -Add a different colour vegetable in there. Ideally a carrot. You wont taste it at all, and adds a different set of vitamins to spinach -If you can, add some Kale in there too. Although better than spinach, theres some minor differences. -Fruit is good. Try go for the smaller berries (blue/rasp/black etc) but keep strawberries for taste -Dont have as much water in, and just drink water sporadically throughtout the day. Make the green drink your all out vitamin drink Also, the "eating before bed" thing is just a myth, you wont store fat if you eat before sleep. If you workout late, you still need to eat.
We call food that animals can't eat "Human food" LMAO!!! XD we shouldn't be eating twinkies cancerous oils and starches either, freeking funny. #Slowlyturningvegan
Out of all of the things I was expecting to see in a "what is wrong with this world" thread... this wasn't one of them
Edit: This has less to do with veganism (Although still related to), and more to do with physical and mental health. What i've taken away from this is, to asses the demographic you are trying to apeal to more accurately. Gamers are often associated with grabage food, decrepit physical health etc. And for a reason. I'm not generalising i understand there are exceptions. But far too often do i see this being true. So ask yourself, are you in good health? If not i've proved my point.
Its Soldat Du Christ so its going to have nothing to do with forge Yeah funny thing is I am a skinny white boy who runs haha
1. A persons figure does not always relfect ones health. 2. Practicing physical exercise, even on a regular basis, does not mean your body healthy.
I exercise regularly, but smoke a pack a day and drink like a fish when I can, and I'm pretty ****in healthy. Who are you to tell me I'm not?
Perhaps i should have clarified. The only reason i didnt like it is because its totally different to traditional halo and I was one of those change haters. And to be totally honest, I know nothing about core maps so yeah you're right my opinion is stupid.
Thanks for taking those comments like a champ. Carry on. You can be in shape and still be unhealthy, just throwing that out there.
