The evidence that was presented was primarily conversations between individuals. We're trying to gather actual evidence of what was used during testing that's not based upon conversations, or on people's recollection of what happened (since those are often flawed).

I think this will make much more sense once the announcement has been made, and I think the majority of people will be satisfied with the decision.
