Over the past hour, the shoutbox has been literally full of comments with music creation. So I've taken the liberty of making a thread for people to laugh, comment, and, most importantly, share their creations. https://soundcloud.com/user-infinity-825818858
Saw this thread and figured, "Ah, what the heck." So, I've uploaded some songs to Soundcloud. Haven't uploaded to Soundcloud in a good 5 years. Took down my old account cause life took over. Here's my page. Most of these are scraps and old songs I've made. A lot of them might seem a bit repetitive, but that's cause they were supposed to have lyrics. However, since I suck at lyrics, I left them as is because nothing written felt good enough to be in the song without ruining the initial feeling I wanted to give the song.
New stuff from me. Here. soundcloud (for all of your streaming needs): https://soundcloud.com/user-infinity-825818858 (2 new tracks and more to come) new bandcamp: https://rathernot.bandcamp.com/ (please DON'T give me monay. paypal isn't set up yet )
Been making music for quite about a year, I'm still pretty amateur at it. I make Electronic, mainly progressive house. You can check out my bandcamp, all of my music is free. And here's my soundcloud for newer stuff that hasn't been released yet.
I suppose ill add my 2 cents. Ive been making music for 12 years as a hobbyist. I can go multiple years without making very much though. The inspiration hits me in waves. I am HEAVILY inspired by video game music. None of my work has lyrics. It is all designed with the purpose of background listening. My stage name is Atmozpheryc. Take that copyright infringers! I have 2 albums on iTunes and I am on soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/atmozpheryc My first iTunes album, Electronic Oxygen, is pretty old and even though some of the themes I made still interest me, my technical skills at the time were pretty bad. My second album, Dark Matter, improves significantly but i still have a ton to learn.
Here's a track I'm just starting. My friends brother is ridiculous at freestyling and I wanted to record him on a track so here's the beginning. Similar to a block out for a map (; haha
I just sold my old car for $4500. Tomorrow I am depositing the cash & right away I am ordering a PCAudioLabs laptop with Protools & the Elevenrack, Superior Drummer 2.0, and a Line 6 Helix. It will take a while for me to learn the system but sooner or later I will be posting some progressive/djent style music. Can't freakin wait, this has been my dream.
Oh snap I forgot about that, but I don't think so. I don't have a cab to push it through & 4500 is less than I wanted so with the new laptop ($2100), the Protools/Elevenrack bundle ($700), and the Helix (1500) I am already spent. I am trying to sell my pedalboard set up a right now since the Helix will replace it, if I sell that I can maybe then purchase it. It's about $2500 worth of stuff right there. I built the board myself with built in power supply & switch.

@Zombievillan Here's a little teaser for an EP I'm recording with my band (Humanesque) Genre: Metal/Djent/Hardcore Release Date is June 17th
Dude that took me back to the arcade back in the early 90's as a kid. Your little song just got me reminiscing & I got all happy & sad and depressed at the same time. I guess music is supposed to make you feel something so you have accomplished that, lol. Double Dragon for the win! Who would of thought, so many electro kids on this site. @PA1NTS that sounds pretty good man, I'd like to hear an entire song. My setup still hasn't even left California yet, it's driving me crazy! I got my Helix though & followed John Browne step by step on setting up his live tone on it for his sound. It's pretty beastly, with my Jackson 7.
