DUKE AFTER DARK MAP TESTING LOBBY OVERVIEW Duke After Dark is an Alliance Testing Network affiliated lobby that started in February of 2016 and is hosted by Duke of Mearl. This lobby focuses on 4v4 forged maps for competitive game modes. Each map that gets tested will get two play throughs, preferably two different game modes if available, followed by a feedback session. One team will go into game chat during the game to allow teams to implement strategy. Lobbies will be broadcasted live on Twitch and available to watch on Twitch for a week after the lobby date. LOBBY STRUCTURE 1. Each week we will start off by testing five maps that have been submitted to this thread. These will be the first five maps that were submitted. You can view what maps are being played for the upcoming week in the google document posted below. I will also start keeping feedback for each map on a google spread sheet (also posted below). I will only play one map per forger in a week unless there are no other submissions. 2. Once we complete the five submitted maps we will open up submissions to anybody that is playing in the lobby. The people who have been in the lobby the longest will get priority. 3. If the lobby is still up and running after all aforementioned maps have been played then I will continue on the list of submitted maps. SCHEDULE Mondays 8pm EST- Midnight Note: Sometimes the lobby may begin earlier and/or end later that the times listed to allow for more maps to be played. LOBBY RULES 1. This lobby only test 4V4 maps and competitive game modes (slayer, strongholds, ctf, extermination, etc.). If you are unsure if your map or game mode qualifies send me a message. 2. Lobby size will max out at 8. If more people join the game I will have to kick whoever joined last (unless people want to view match using spectator mode). 3. Mics are highly recommended as this is a testing lobby and feedback is important. I will only allow a small number of players to be in the game that do not have microphones. 4. Any players that are being excessively loud, obnoxious, overly negative, or not playing seriously may be kicked from the lobby. 5. We generally play every map twice; however if a map is deemed as broken or has other flaws (such as being overscaled, terrible frame rate, etc.) then it may only be played once, or even ended early. 6. I will remain the lobby host at all times instead of passing the party lead off. I would love to have you test my "MM" version of 'Gilded Sanctum'. I haven't been able to have many play sessions since I have "finished" the map and want to be certain before I delete my old 1.4 version.
