Wish it was the old man cannon from Reach. The other ones are too dinky. I'll mess with it though but I'm more worried about the ramp to the lift than the lift itself. Will be able to start working on the polished versions soon as the pathing starts feeling tight.
Latest preview of Betrayal (formerly saved as the number T series). Named after the CE level Two Betrayals, due to its strong visual simularity. Went very heavy with the forerunner aesthetic on this one. Props to Pwnytar and Sic for their design Imminent from CE 1.5, which this map is heavily based off of.
I'm putting in my all remaking Lockout.. so time consuming XD I spent my entire day forging without even realizing it. I really look forward to finally finishing it. It'll be for no sprint. Might even make a gametype that makes spartans float like they did back in Halo 2, not sure yet.
Well this pathing wise is a huge improvement. I been following the project for so long I am actually playing with the design also. The more I run around this version the more it makes sense. Next time I see you online I will message you and maybe I can finally jump in the map with you like we talked about, just been busy with my own projects but now I have some more time.
Got a good test on my forerunner map last night. It was a lot of fun. The spawns worked surprisingly well with no respawn zones.
Im working on a coagulation remastered version. I have some cool new ideas for it. Its a slow process but im getting excited with it. I chose halo 2's version of blood gulch because i love the design of the base and the addition of the banshee. Its still a lot of planning but i have some cool ideas. I mean once the base is fleshed out that is the easy part. The terrain should be pretty fun. Also it will look better. I think i nailed the scale of it also. What do you guys think?
I think a snowy coag is an awesome idea. Just make sure you put emphasis on scaling. Since coagulation was a big map, it really doesn't need much of an upscale, maybe slight upscaling for the bases and walkways, if anything. I'm excited to see more
Only need to test the new spawns and it'll be good to go. Played well yesterday with 5v5 although I think it'll be better suited for 6v6. Might post some more pictures in a bit.

Here is my thing with the GL if you were at least decent at the game the gun was pretty easy to get kills with. The caster is not useless. People that think it is useles either don't know how to use it or suck. Pretty simple. It is not as easy to use as GL was. I think that was xzamples point.
Working on simple maps that are improved through lighting etc. Also, rebirthing Quake feel maps into Halo 5.
Checked it out earlier. Looks cool, but the design is generic as f***. Not to keen on the perimeter walling either... You spent so many objects making the center cool, you neglected the outsides, which totally ruins the dispension of belief.
