Warm greetings and salutations, everyone! This coming Sunday, November 22nd at 12:00 PM central standard time (US), I wish to enlist the help of ForgeHub users to view and critique a Halo 3 Machinima I created for my YouTube channel. My motivations are as follows: I wish to 1.) contribute to the waning Halo machinima community; 2.) receive feedback to improve the quality of content for future videos; 3.) acquire some notoriety as a competent Halo content producer. While this type of address may be discouraged, if not out right prohibited, I don't how else to advertise my channel; aside from posting in the comments' section of established Halo YouTube channels for subscriber flow. What I'm asking of the community is to take a risk: a chance on me. This is a type of "investment" I will not treat irresponsibly; for if I am given the time to prove my worth, I will stupefy and impress my audience. I will c, heck it out mate, I'm thinking of having a go at machinima myself, maybe switching from forging. Good luck, there is always that weird thing on the internet - you do something for the love of it and yet you have to advertise it too - otherwise no one sees it and whats the point of that. I think the best thing is to use the power of the internet for things better than stupid celebrity following and dumb youtube videos: to find like minded people like yourself. You should find mostly helpful people here on forgehub but if you haven't already look for and join a group who are into the same things you're into.
Thanks, Scalpel, I'm grateful for th help. And yes, you're absolutely right on utilizing the Internet to scour for persons who can either align their passions with myself, or appreciate such desires. And from the short time I've been apart of this site, I can certainly agree the majority of users are compassionate and helpful individuals. Three cheers to a bright future to the Halo franchise, and its community this coming December! (Because of the promised Halo 5: Guardians forge update.)
