...Systematic Lockdown. More of a teaser than a preview, but I promise to stick with this one It is a 1v1/2v2 so it is closer to my usual style now that I got the hang of forge in this game. I reused ideas from an old Halo: Reach map of mine called Shutdown that I never officially posted. I love the design and I think I forged it rather well. It had some odd framerate issues when I only had like 200 pieces, but I eliminated those entirely as far as I can tell by removing cylinders and platforms and replacing them with teleporter frames. My questions: What weapons do you typically put on static timers and what are their respawn times usually? I'm not sure whether or not to put a plasma pistol on a static timer for example. Is there any way to keep the Barrier piece from the Map Gadgets section from deteriorating from being jumped on/shot at? Thanks for your time!
Destructible map: the most traveled paths slowly fall apart which forces players to the places they don't want to go. killer designing skillz there
