first map posted hope this is an ok post. this is my first forged map please enjoy. I thin to get a link to the download spot this is what you have to do: First, you should see a little earth on the text box tool bar. Click that and then fill in the adress of where you want it to go. In this case, your map. Heres example:www.forgehub.com/forum/member.php?u=12223 <- my profile. Don't click if you dont want to.
no offense but you might want to check up on the forging 101 videos this map has some promise with merging
its when you take two or more object and combine them together so things look smoother you can also combine them with the map geometry to ifnd out how to do both of those things go to the forging 101 section of the website
yeah, interlocking and other techniques are just expected in maps now. no offense, but your map is very sloppy and looks like there would be bumps everywhere and places you would have to jump to get to. like others said, check out forging 101 to get some great tips and try to improve the map
This map looks a little sloppy.. Maybe try interlocking or turning your bridges upside down and straightening them up.
Not every map has to be interlocked. It is extremely time consuming, and some people dont have the time to do it. Now this map is sloppy, and could be made better by lining up your walls better. Use this map as a beta and spend some time fixing the crooked stuff. Work on it as you have time.
the idea is good but interlooking it more and more time to it would b better try making other maps and practice at it & im looking to a v2
I like the map, but it just looks a little sloppy and I dont have a "feel" for the map from the pictures. 3/5, keep trying, you're getting there.
