A few of my nearly finished projects

    So I've got a few maps I've been working on for a while and decided to share them here to have some feedback. So here let's get started:

    First map: Crash site (I posted this one in the map and gametype section)

    As I've said in the other threads, this is a last stand map where the players have to hold their position in the central crater of the map. This area includes the main camp, the nose of the plane the tail of the plane and a secondary campment near the end of the cliff

    The second map is called Rescue Team:

    It's a flood map that can be played with any flood gametype but is very intense with the Necrosis gametype. The map has two stories one big at the top and a small at the bottom. I'm using some FX to create a very dark athmosphere while inside the building.

    The third map is called A night in the Quarry:

    This map is using a modded canevas that permitted the use of multiple rock 5 to create the whole quarry. This is also a flood map that I recommend to play with the gametype Phaegin or a standard flood. There are a few "buildings" in the map that have shuttable doors and pallet covered window. There's also a mine in which you can holdout.

    And finally here's the fourth map called elevation:

    Elevation is a competitive map that is suitable for oddball, capture the flag, lock down and infinity slayer. All those game types are to be played in team because the map is only suitable for team battles up to now.

    Are you aware that all your images are broken? And don't link people to Waypoint just for sreenshots. A lot of people (myself included) would not click on a link to your File Share just to view screenshots of your map.

    Use Photobucket to embed the images in your map post.

    I normally load them from my computer but the option is not available anymore... i'll upload the to photobucket then

    These are flood maps yes? All of them look spectacular if you ask me. I love themed maps and I think you were able to set a solid theme for the maps.

    But I don't know how the gameplay is on these maps. On the first map, it looks a little too flat. I can't make any assumptions on the gameplay for the second map though. The third one looks very interesting. Can players get to the top of the spiral path of the third map? Because I think the infected would have a hard time getting campers there.

    And for the last map. I think that map is more of a casual map than a competitive map. Because it seems that the only ways to and from the floating islands are mancannons. Mancannons aren't 100% reliable and you'll need a lot more hard routes in that map for it to work. The separation of the islands can also be cause for bad cross-map engagements and very long and wide lines of sight.

    But I do like how the last map looks very forerunner-y. It looks like something off of Avatar with the floating islands.

    Thanks for the comments! So to answer some of your questionning, the first map isn't completly accessible for the humans. They are restricted to the torn in half plane and the area between it. The rest are zombie spawn and debris to put the players in context.

    the second map is a bit more standard. If you want a standart flood with a flater map this morea map for you

    the third map, quarry, isn't completely accessible to the humans.the spiral ramp is only accessible to the flood who can use it to fall on any side of the map they want.

    For the last map, there also are teleporters that permits the players to go to the other islands. The third island will probably move between the two others to block the long sideline between the bases. Hard routes will be a problem though because even if I had a modded canevas, my budget reached 10000 so a cannot add a single more object. But ill try to find a way
