Thats pretty ironic. The girl I mentioned before had an abusive boyfriend that made her call rape after she got ****ed at a party. Charges got dropped eventually. **** it, i'll probably just forget about her, not a chance she's gunna be part of my life after highschool.

Say two people are at a party, one is 19, the other is 16, both are pretty wasted, is it statutory rape from the 19 year old girl, or rape from the 16 year old guy, if the guy were to start the encounter, but not forcibly?
If they are both "wasted" there would have to be enough witness testimony for the rape charge to go through. The stat rape depends on the state, there's a lot of places that is perfectly fine.
I think you misunderstood what I said, I wasn't clear. As in she put herself in a situation where she would want to do things that usually wouldn't want to do. She could've sobered up in the morning and think "Oh God I did that with him (or her)" And then say he raped her to safe face. Or he actually raped her, which would partially be her fault for leaving with a guy she clearly didn't know that well. People are too trusting.
Most people at my school (which is K-12) start in kindergarten. They would have known each other for years (although they might not have). I don't know for sure if they did though, Stouf might.
