Resilient (Originally Tranquil) Description - According to Infinity Science, this twin arena was home of the Promethean Soul. 2-8 players (Updated as of July 2013) New screenshots have been added and replacing old screenshots of current "Resilient" version. My last Halo 4 Forge map project and my best forge map submission. Video Walkthrough Resilient is a rework finalized version of Tranquil that i posted on ForgeHub a month ago. In this thread, i'll be showing a compare and contrast of "Original Tranquil to Finalized version now called Resilient". This map supports Slayer, CTF and KOTH gametypes. Its designed for 2v2 and supports up to 4v4. Be warned to lots of screenshots: This is a Compare and Contrast of "Tranquil" to my finalized rework that is "Resilient". Also, Tranquil isn't in my file share anymore since i've replaced with "Resilient". Hope you enjoy the Comparison. This map looks great! Love the look of the building in the middle. I'll give it a try this afternoon and I'll let you know asap
Hey man, I tried your map and it was pretty fun... The only "bad" thing for me is the teleporter in the spawn zone, I think that you shouldn't be able to get to the other team's spawn zone right at the beginning of the match. Apart from that i found the map pretty well structured and designed. Maybe you could add some more obstacles to block line of sights, but that's just my opinion... Overall, great job!
Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed most of the map. I did fear that Blue/Red Initial Spawns under the teleporter would cause problems, so i've cooked up new spawn locations for Blue/Red Initial Spawn with pictures below. Also, i've added cover for Gold/Green areas. I'm always striving to improve my forge maps. Resilient V.1 change log: - Blue/Red Initial Spawns changed that players at beginning of match don't teleport to Red/Blue spawn. - Gold/Green has added cover with pictures on first post. - Changes to Respawn points around the map. - Blue/Red Bases added cover on walkway. - Plasma Grenades spawn now at Gold/Green, Concussion Rifle spawn up top Red/Base Base (Update 5/27) Resilient V.1 no longer in File Share, Its been reverted back to "Resilient" map name. I've updated new screenshots of changes from Resilient V.1.
Thanks to all who read and played this map, This was my best treasure forge submission and my last forge project for Halo 4. This map is officially finished map as of July 2013. I thought since its an underrated, original forge map that I let it shiny for other who haven't see this. Everyone has a talent on ForgeHub and lots of creative, original ideas that people have used with Forge since Halo 3. Keep up to great work and continue the talent.
