Theres a thread on uploading pics, but in the short time I can describe to you. Get your picture from your B.net profile, uplod it to either www.tinypic.com www.imageshack.us or make an account on www.photobucket.com (the best one) and then post the forum - image link into the post.
try saving your pics to your computer. Then go to imageshack.us and open the pic. select host it and copy the direct link at the bottom of the page. next click the insert image button on the post and paste the direct link. The pic should be embedded in the post. This is the only way i know so i hope it helps.
