Hey all, I just wanted to drop this off and let you all get a sneak peek at the map I have been working on. Yes, another BFG map (Big F**king Gun), but it was a fun map to make so far. Enjoy!

    Wow. That gun is huge.

Thanks REM, I kinda wanted to post it on here to try and gather feedback on if it should stay as a gun, or change it to something else. Titan was ok, but the rest of the map layout sucked, and having the big rail gun in the center of this map is not a bad thing, but it doesn't have to be a gun, I have made a giant antenna in one of my previous iterations of this map, so any advice you guys want to suggest is well appreciated!

Ooh that gun looks pretty good... but just don't let the rest of the map lack. Make sure the rest of the design complements that central aesthetic piece.

The central part of the map around the gun is heavily influenced by the Halo Reach map Powerhouse, but I am currently trying to incorporate the other areas of the map that are not a direct copy of Powerhouse, so as to break it up some.

    REM,

I have almost finished the map with the really huge gun, and I was thinking of making it a Flood map. So if you don't mind, since it will be my FIRST Flood map, could you have a look at it and tell me what I could do better?

Looks meticulously placed. It's nice to see aesthetics incorporated into a playable map. It makes me think about the budget, and what we'd be capable of if there were an aesthetics budget (including a terrain editor) and a budget for more functional parts of the map. Nice work.
