Blindside is a symmetric map featuring a quad-symmetric center, and mirrored symmetric bases. Built for smaller teams, Blindside is a great competitive map with hectic gameplay.

Thanks for all the help with testing everyone. A special thank you to Urban Myth, who convinced me that my original idea wouldn't be as much fun. He was right.

This map really deserves more attention then it is getting, it plays very smooth & the ordinance is very balanced.

It looks like a good layout that would play well. One thing I would say though, is that the textures blend to gether in weird ways in some areas. Like where you have two pieces phased together to create a non-standard angle on a floor. You may have done everything you can, but perhaps there's a way to eliminate the weird combination of textures?

Though others may disagree, I prefer a tiny bump in the floor (very tiny, mind you) over z-fighting.

It took me a moment to see what you're noticing. Trust me when I say that's just and odd texture and there is no z-fighting going on, nor is there a nasty bump either. It's nice and smooth with no flicker.
