Intro: Inspired of Vortex, so I thought since Vortex is a lovely forerunner Map I figured Id create the same concept, One Base on each side with a Center Structure in the Center. This Plays Fantastic. Game Types: - Dominion Weapons on Map: - Initial Sniper Spawn on each side - Initial Incineration Cannon under Center Structure -All Bases get Random Drops Vehicles on Map: - Scorpion Spawn under Center Structure - Mantis at Charlie - Rocket Hog(s) at Alpha Base Screenshots: Charlie Different View Alpha Base Interior Bravo Interior (Lift Entry Point in background) Outside Lift leading into Bravo (Center Structure) Charlie Base Sniper Tower at Charlie Center Structure Over View

Very impressive scale and layout. The center seems like it may be a bit overpowered, but that could be nullified with objective and weapon locations and good means of travel from one area to another. I really like the look of the architecture, but it seems like you've used too many objects in several locations to achieve a look that could've been achieved just as well with less. Overall, it looks as if the games on the map will be very fun. This reminds me of a map I started, but have have kind of abandoned. It was a mix between your map and my map, Camber. Your map has me contemplating finishing that one up. Thanks for the inspiration.
Wow thanks I really appreciate it, Im working on 2 maps right now, One is called Gondola Action which has a custom Slayer Gametype. It looks great and super fun. and the other will be a Remake. I downloaded your Camber Map awhile ago, Love it. You inspire me as well. Keep up the AWSOME forging.
some of these structures are pretty interesting. some good ideas for making large structures without using pre-fab pieces for bases, is always good in my book. however, some of the combinations of shapes look really strange. For instance, the colluseum windows with blocks direclty behind them looks pretty weird. Overall it looks to make great use of the buildable area on Ravine and probably plays decent or great.
I placed the Window Colosseum above the wall becuase it looked way to plain without them. And yes this Map plays Great, Everyone I know had a blast on it. I have 2 more Maps coming and then I will be posting my Forge Art, I hope people will Enjoy
I played this map the other day on extraction, and I liked the idea behind it, but the LOS were pretty bad. I could see from Alpha to Charlie, and if you got Bravo control you pretty much won. A lot of the map seemed to be compressed where structure was apparent but the center of the map was open and pretty much a death valley. Also the center building had a few flow problems and you could either get trapped quick or not find a useful way in. Congratz on the map but I will say you should create an updated version that has better LOS and flow properties.
