They're too much in the foreground to actually look like like the guy's testicles. If they were closerto the body, it might work.

Brilliant! At last, a truly amazing concept! This screenshot makes me remember the limitless potential of the human mind. The way you perfectly centered the dangling gonads on a flaming torso, simply stunning. The dimples on the grenades subtly mimicking the imperfections of a real jewel sack. 10/10 Perfection. I'm calling the Smithsonian.
