I've seen this... and it's just crazy. My brother once threw a tiny cactus at my bare leg and I felt the pain for the next 3 days... I can't imagine how much pain that guy was in..
The way he screamed, man. That sounded soooo painful. And those pins were really deep into his skin too, just through his veins.
