While asking to collaborate on a project is a great way to bounce ideas off one another and produce something awesome, asking straight up without any previous evidence of forge ability is a no-go. To be brutally honest, your post like this will attract no one. Even adding some images of things you have forged in the past or things you have currently in creation will add interest.
