from what I can tell, the map seems to have a pretty good layout but the aesthetics are not good. The large amount of brace larges is very ugly and so is the bridge. I would definitely change those things because they are taking away from the map.
I tend to agree with hissing wings. at the very least turn the braces the other way around so they arnt so harsh on the eyes. also i am about to release a map and like yours it has a medium sized bridge made of blocks as a central structure. but what I found while trying to put cover on it was that every single piece i put on it looked real ugly and out of place. so i ended up placing objects around the bridge but not on it to give it cover and also used some railing mediums. I suggest you maybe do that also as the map looks slightly bare in spots and the covers on the bridge dont look like the best pieces to use. fair effort though
Very sloppy aesthetics, kind of hard to take it serious. Instead of wasting your time on multiple uncomplete maps I would say sit down and put in some serious effort into one. 4/10
you know whats funny everyone that has played on this map has loved it and says it is really interesting. and they have also said that it feels really competitive.
Good job. What Im saying is Ive seen 1000 versions of this same map. Basically an onsalot. Still sticking to my initial opinion, no hard feelings.
Don't talk like that in your thread. It only serves to turn people away from your map. No one has a good feeling when they walk into a map thread and see flaming, especially when it's by the map author. Things I think you should fix (you're entitled to have other opinions): Ugly map texturing detracts from environment, lazy cover on center bridge, paper cover everywhere and no solid structure unless you count the bridge and dish, long LoS.
How could anyone take offense to that? I really like the design you got going. I feel like catwalks on the sides could prove useful, but that might just be getting too "classic MLG styled" you know?
