Hey ForgeHub. I am recreating a Halo 2 Map "Elongation" But Making It More Competitive for Halo 4. I am creating the Conveyer Belts, and my Crates aren't falling like they are supposed to in order to travel across the conveyer belt. Any ideas? I have no idea what to do. I've tried everything. It's probably a really simple fix, and I'm just overlooking it. But help is much appreciated.
I think there is some way you can do it with those gravity zones or whatever. Not sure though. I think one of Duck's maps used the trick.
Sounds like the same issue I'm having. Can't get fusion coils to reliably drop spawn over man cannons. In fact, someone mentioned a conveyor belt issue in my thread, could be the same thing.
I've got a good conveyor belt on my map, Excisio. I'll help you out if you shoot me a friend request on XBL, I know how to do it.
I have found that you need to angle the gravity zone up more because the crates are still affected by natural gravity and drag on the ground. I imagine it will affect gameplay quite considerably too though.
I've got the map remade with a working conveyor belt if you would like to see it. Crates don't work to well unfortunately. They tumble, and you can only use like 10 of them, which is no where near enough. I don't have spawn locations and objective markers on my map. You can have the map and take credit for it if you want to place all of the spawns and stuff in the right place. I don't have halo 2 anymore so I can't check my stuff. 8/ I'd like to check it out.
