I like the concept, but it could do with more contrast me thinks. Also, the left side is far too bare to me..

Perhaps you could move the focal and the text to the left some to remove that space that ER1C0 mentioned. The only other things it really seems to be missing is lighting and depth. The focal is also a little hard to make out at first.

Good stuff, this is pretty darn awesome overall.
