this looks exciting and boring because all u do is either get killed or suicide and also if u suicide to get a longer spawn time.

 

Definately a different concept of scoring. I like the idea, but spawn killing seems too easy.

 

I think you don't have to wait as long to respawn when you commit suicide. He probably edited the gametype to make the suicide penalty 0 seconds.
