I don't know if this works for *all* of the chapters in the new episode, but at the end of Chapter 4, when you go to the last waypoint to board the Phantom and finish the mission, if you are in a vehicle (I was in a Wraith, specifically) when you enter the little gravity lift beam thing, it won't pull you up into the ship and/or actually end the mission. Instead, if you drive back out of the beam away from the Phantom and then get out of the vehicle, you will begin to float up into the sky as if you *were* in the beam. But, because you're not under the Phantom anymore, you'll just continue to rise up into the sky higher and higher and higher until you can see well beyond the confines of the actual map geometry. You don't have any control over your characters movement while you're in the air (unless you have Thrusters or a Jetpack, maybe, don't know for sure), and after a while you'll reach a ceiling or something and the game will automatically start to respawn you (though you don't actually "die"), but you'll float upwards for quite a while. Anywho, just thought I'd point out this kinda neat little glitch I stumbled across.
I can't really understand how anyone can play co-op Spartan Ops or Campaign with the button input lag. It's just unplayable in my opinion. Lag is one thing, but when pushing buttons on a controller don't react till a second later...that's horrible.
Well, not everyone gets the same lag you do. Duck and I were playing it and this happened to him, though I got up the lift ok. Stolen Phantom was really cool, too bad you never got to fly it.
That's cause it was a private match with 2 players and you were hosting...so you didn't get the button lag but Duck did. Happens every time. Pretty sure everyone gets the lag in a public match of spartan ops. The one who gets the button lag its unplayable for me. Can't enjoy myself playing Halo if the buttons don't respond for a second after I push them. Try joining his game next time.
