I'm not exactly sure if this is the right place to post this, but I will give it a try. So I remade a map that I made in halo: reach which is a representation of the Hanger Bays of Cairo Station that I spent so much time trying to get past on legendary. I am having a block count issue that is messing with the asthetics and also being three crates short I had to Improvise a few of the crates. The three crates I made out of pallets in the far corner of the second Hanger causes a change in the flow of the map. Most of the available resources are used and will have to be on an exchange basis so you might have to give the map a good look through to see if a more elegant solution can be found. The map can be found through file searching my gamertag the map name is Cairo Station Hangers.
do you mean you are basically running out of blocks and crates? used sparingly, a Strut turned upside down can replace a crate or small block sticking out of the floor. other decoratives like brace large and large walkway covers could be used. if you still have inclines and bridges, use them too. inclined bridges from the inclines menu can be set straight by turning physics to fixed and bumping it against something that is straight. Then, once perfect, keep copying that one piece rather than doing the work over and over. actually, while bridges and inclines may not work for your missing pieces, they could replace some of the pieces already used (perhaps) and free those up for some place else. good luck.
That helps a lot. I do have a few decorative blocks and some inclines work. I will try a few different solutions and see which one works best. Thank you for your help. Ill update this thread if it completely solves my problem.
