Um...do you know what the ODST are by any chance?
The orbital defense shock troopers are battle hardened marines.
They're the ones dropping in those neat pods or more noticably the really cool looking black marines form halo 2.
If you read the books you know that they are all very anti-sparten.
Both silva form Halo:The flood and Locklear form first strike all dislike master chief because hes a "freak".
So no if its ODST it wont be sparten

 

maybe there will be a few spartans idk didnt read the books i only play the games

 

COuld be possible although most Bungie members say they are all 'Halod out'.
