Can someone explain to me how league play works? I know that there's a platinum, gold, silver and bronze division, but that's it. Me and some buddies played 5 games, absolutely destroyed 3, lost 1 and the host turned off whilst we were winning, so it lost connection for everyone and counted as a loss (WHICH NEEDS TO BE FIXED SO BADLY) So anyway, we're in silver (what percentage of top players does that put our team?), are in Subdivision: Rook Eight Nine (Is this good? What does this mean?!) and we're Rank 19 (Whaat) Someone please explain this, I'm confused as hell...

Yes you are, but I feel like my score per minute is higher. Also, no you diamond pistols. Also, I think my leader board score got reset. I'm mad.
Of course your score per minute is higher, I've spent most of my games going 6-25+. When I actually try I can easily pull 500-600 score per minute thanks to my multiple UAVs, Counter UAVs and Gaurdians. Soon I'm going to be back to my old self (well, nearly), because after I get the AA launcher golden I'm going to use shotguns. And are you sure you didn't just drop a lot on the leaderboards?
Well, I'm saying Treyarch is ran by Waldo, because there are ton of hidden "Easter eggs" and such, expecially in Zombies. There are "Perma-perks" or "Skill Perks" in game, and only 3 have been discovered. There is one that makes your Barriers stronger (Metal wrapped around wood" and it takes zombies like a total of 5 seconds to rip it off. There is a Quick revive one, where you revive as quick as a quick revive would, and when you have quick revive, it takes ~1 second to get your teammate up. The last one is a Headshot boost, which makes your headshot damage skyrocket, and even if you shoot them in the body, their heads will explode sometimes. Also, Theories that the New DLC will have their own "Nav Cards" where on transit you must find the nav cards to put in the Navmachine, which you construct under the tower, and it will take you to new places on the bus, i'm assuming. Or maybe you give the nav card to the bus driver and he goes, and if you want to change the nav card, you put it in the machine... (Nav Card location is behind the bus station to the left, Just hug the building and jump the lava.) Kino is in the zombies map that you go through, and there is a Cabin, which is speculated to be the cabin from the movie "Evil Dead." I have a hard time believing that, because I don't think they look anything alike.
So I'm really torn on buying this game. That special place that Halo had in my heart is dying and I need a new shooter to help fill the void. I normally like CoD games, but I hated Black Ops 1 (easily my least favorite one) for a few reasons. Would you say BLOPS2 is a must-have?
Honestly, before the most recently patch I would have easily said this is the best CoD game ever. The most recent patch did seem to break a few things connection wise and hurt my love of SMGs. However, the connection stuff may be entirely on my end (though I've seen some forum complainers) because my ISP has been doing some crazy ass throttling lately. Otherwise the game is very balanced, all but like 2-3 of the maps are enjoyable to play, no more last stand/final stand and matrydom, the killstreaks are very balanced and not too OP but the higher up ones do reward skilled players for getting them. All in all, it's a really fun CoD and it's honestly the only video game I have interest in playing lately.
Naw, I'll have to try that..thanks. Funny thing is when I play with Nibbs I usually don't have too many problems, it's just playing on my own. Maybe I am getting some stupid connection matchups by myself.
Level 37 and not a single gold gun. Get on my level. EDIT: If you're a fan of COD, I'd suggest picking it up. It's leaps and bounds better than the piece of **** that was Blops 1. It does however, have it's issues and frustrations. -Range on all shotguns needs to be reduced by quite a bit. -There aren't any really great launch maps. -The knifing mechanic is downright retarded and not worth using anymore. -Removal of pro perks was unnecessary. -Voice overs in MP are annoying and occur far too often. I don't need the game to tell me when I'm throwing a grenade and it's just an annoyance to anyone that's using a mic to hear sounds. -Quick scoping is still easy to pull off because of how fast the ADS is with sniper rifles. Still, it's probably one of the better COD games. Much better than Blops 1 or MW3.
Never seems to connect. I literally have killed someone once with it. Hell, there was even a time where I was like literally spooning with a guy, knife and get nothing. His teammate kills me I watch the teammates kill cam: spooning, rubberknife, die. I'm like wtf do I do. Don't knife ever. That's what I do lol. @Chron: WHAAAT. Hijacked is literally one of the best CoD maps ever!
