I dont think anyone has, but in the time you took to write this post, you could have made one yourself. Place 8 boxes in an octagon shape, and add initial spawns, and spawn points. Load it up in slayer and you should be good to go.
alright lol ill make my own, I know its easy to make but I really liked the spawn of the old ones, ill try my best and post it here if its good
I've seen many remakes and versions, I suggest you flick through the file browser or make your own, I'm sure you can find the schematics for the "official" layout and spawns somewhere on google.
how do you search by name on the file browser ? except with the battletag, I cant search for anything
If people know what they're doing, they'll tag their map with "octagon" or something. I'd also suggest looking on youtube for octagon gameplay and hoping they provide a description for their gamertag so you can find their fileshare. thx, didnt thought about the tag, and for the one you linked, I found it too but his battletag doesnt work for some reason, maybe he removed it
