Didn't see any other dedicated threads and figured it would be useful if we could discuss the most efficient ways of acquiring challenges; best spots for specific enemies in SPOPs, or best maps for certain dailies. I believe there are Hunters on Hacksaw (Ep2Ch3). And has the weekly for 18 regicides glitched for anyone else? It glitched and gave me the challenge and then glitched and took it away the following day. 18 Regicides is near impossible anyway; providing there's no extra bounty, all of your kills HAVE to be Regicides. I'm disappointed with the weekly; I would've imagined as a rule of thumb that a weekly challenge shouldn't be something you can/have to do in one game but instead an accumulation of certain tasks.
Yes, it appears both Regicide challenges are bugged. Just a note though, regicides aren't just king kills, but they're also considered kills as the king. So keep that in mind when/if this challenge is fixed, or whenever it re-appears! And yes, as Linubidix mentioned, Ep2Ch3 has 2 Hunters which spawn in the beginning. A really easy way to complete the 10 Hunter kills challenge (which can also be applied to any spartan ops challenge) is to start the Chapter on easy>get rockets at spawn>kill Hunters>Menu>Restart Mission>Kill Hunters> repeat With that you'll have it done in under 5 minutes!
You are correct, sorry for the misinformation! It appears that for many people regicide tracking was bugged, and because of that for some people it showed as if regicides were also being counted when you kill as the king. That's obviously not the case, though the tracking still seems to be buggy currently Some people in the community have also theorized that the current Deposed weekly challenge (get 18 Regicides in one match) is actually a 'test' by 343i to easily weed out people who would boost for such a difficult challenge. This isn't confirmed, nor do I necessarily believe it, but it's somewhat plausible.
I think I'm coming on Halo 4 on the wrong days, because practically every challenge I've seen has been Regicide related. Still, I'm dead impressed by the array of challenges to do. I especially like how you can basically play what you want and get rewarded, no more Firefight Thursday grinding.
