Fingers. She's at an odd angle, so I think shading certain portions and making the neck area more defined would help. Also, the skinny neck makes here ear look petruded. Other than that, it looks fantastic. The detail in the hair looks great although I looks like her hairline is a little far back. Do Yoko pls.

hands are difficult for almost everyone, it takes a lot of practice. i am terrible at hands. its a good habit to get into to just draw your hand over and over in different positions, like silentjacket said.
**** man, I still kinda suck at drawing hands and eyes and Ive been doing this for like 7 years, just takes practice. so with that said, keep at it, and try to do more complicated stuff as you get more comfortable.
