The goal was to make a video of an insane Mongoose stunt or trick. I ended up doing a lot of tricks, but I lost the contest because the tricks showcase incredible Forge timing, but only moderately cool Mongoose tricks. These tricks mostly rely on the "timed map events" option that Forge gives us. I did some very cool things with objects spawning at specific locations and at specific times to create a trick. I don't want to spoil too much of the vid here (I want you to watch it and be surprised). However, read the comments on the Bungie thread if you are skeptical of how good it is. Finally, if anyone has a capture card and is impressed enough by the vid to capture it for me, I'd be extremely grateful. GeeVee Grab is taking forever!

I'd love to, but I can't capture it. Didn't you say that you just got a capture card? *cough* hint. hint. I actually posted this for two reasons. One, to showcase some cool things you can do with great forge timing. And two, to scare up some interest so hopefully someone would help me get it up to YouTube or something. Car chase? Maybe I should go re-watch my video because I don't remember a car chase in there.

Yeah, that does sound like a pain. B0bbeh said he might do it, and I sent him a PM requesting his help. I've never posted a video so I have no idea where to start. If you watch the vid but don't like it enough to capture it, I'd still like to hear your thoughts.

Hey very cool I actually watched it this time because I didnt have to download. There were some cool tricks in there. Really liked the quality of that video too. -Donuts
That's nothing! The Mythica version has way better video quality, but only the game audio. YouTube let me select from their list of music to play instead of the game audio. Since I have no way of adding audio, I went with YouTube. I think the music makes it more enjoyable, and it seemed to sync with the action pretty well.
Yeah? I didn't know that. I just realized it's on my computer too. That might be a project for tomorrow.
