You may have to be more specific on what you want, do you want a small room or a large area like a base? What will you want to put in the room whatever the design is like? Do you care on aesthetics? For ideas, here's a few: A War room, it should have a table, makeshift fire place and maybe a window. A small hut on a beach? View outside and a table. A small Forge Ship? I have to admit these are not really good ideas. I haven really seen any clan meeting rooms as such so I can't really put down a good idea besides the war room idea. My advice would be to write down a list of of things you want in the room astheticly, tables, lanterns, that sort of thing, hopefully that will make it easier to come up with an idea or even better a sketch. Anyways, those are my ideas, I'm sure someone's got a better idea/advice. But it's up to you.
