I can't find the link to the part about the healthcare bill, but what I remember from the article the author had found that there were 900 something examples of something that the person put most directly in control of health-care had to do if ordered to by anyone up the government chain of command, while only stating that they "may" do some 200 things, with the President having complete power to veto those decisions. And being over 5000 pages I have no time to read the damn thing to find out for myself, all I know is that trying to make one document that covers everything in such a case by case situation was arrogant, and considering that Bush was never able to get the ability to veto footnotes on bills, and I've not heard of Obama even trying to pass anything like it so I imagine in all those pages there was a lot of crap shoved in that's just going to serve some congressman's personal interest. As for the alternative energy companies I have heard in the past couple of days that what I said was wrong, however I will say that I'm tired of the way the government has dealt with alternative energy. There's many promising things I hear about everyday, but they're unable to get ANY funding because so many politicians have staked their claims on other methods so firmly that they can't back out no matter how badly it fails because they feel you can only make a mistake if you admit it. Finally for the stimulus money I know that they haven't given it all out yet, they still have bailout money to give to whoever qualifies.
