What's the best loot that you guys have found so far? I've got a Hyperion shotgun that does 26x8 with a really good fire rate and a quick reload. It's a fantastic alternative to my fire elementals. I also have a grenade mod that does 406 fire damage. (level 13*) (I'll add pictures later)
Might be smarter to tell us the item level too, otherwise the damage is a pretty useless figure to judge.
Oops, I forgot about one of the most basic bits of Borderlands. Level is everything when it comes to weapons, I've edited the OP with my level when I made the thread. Anyway, that's all irrelevant now because I'm level 17, and the last loot I had is basically ****. My prized possession is the shield at the end of the Firehawk mission set, it has a multi-burst effect when depleted. The fact that Maya has a perk to buff (or add) this effect to any regular shield makes me a ticking time bomb when I get in a bit of trouble.

The best shield i've found, but i don't know what 'Law' is? Spoiler And the best sniper i've tried, only because i've focused my skills toward crit damages, so this does about 10x damage for a headshot. Spoiler
I liked the quest for the lady fist, it was a good jog down memory lane. I wish I had've turned it in to the other party though, I wonder what you get from it?
I got the "Energized Bane" good gun, TERRIBLE side effects.. the gun talks to me, and is very annoying and i walk like 50 times slower, so i cant use it at all. So.. dissapointing (troll gun?) But i got an SMG that is corrosive, and kills lvl 25 robots in like 5 seconds while i am lvl 22, i add details later on. And my sniper.. well its good, but i either want an very fast sniper with fast reload, or an one shot sniper that does great damage.
I had a sniper with ~736 damage, 6.3 fire rate and 31 rounds in a mag, plus 20% chance to slag. I eventually dropped it because the damage was beginning to be sub-par. Now I've got the "new elephant gun", so the usual bolt action/no scope idea.
Wow matty that "cowboy stomper" is ridiculous. I love the paint job havnt seen that design yet. Also i think ive figured how to use torque weapons, So imma post pics of the lot I've been hoarding.
is it actually a unique gun like the elephant gun form the original? or just random loot? if the former, where is it?
