did not mean to leave in such a hurry, but had to get back to some stuff off line. After playing this map with you I thought about how I had to really force myself to think to move up the ramps. The map did nothing to draw me up the ramps naturally, but rather kept my attention to the ground floor. Otherwise, it was a good game of KOTH.

Another first impression was that I had trouble orientating myself on a couple of spawns. But only once or twice of any significance. I don't know how to solve that. What I saw from any corner seemed the same. I wasn't looking for color and I wasn't familiar to notice specific features that distinguished one corner from another during the heat of the game, but I know they are there. It would just take playing on it enough times to get familiar with those land marks.

I think it doesn't take time for a player to learn the layout of any map. Anyone can get the layout of the map perfectly in only a small time. Well, it really all depends on the size and if its symmetric or asymmetric.

No worries Green. I was happy with that game as well, but I'm also wondering if it was the hills that kept your attention on the ground floor. In most other gametypes, the catwalks are used fairly often. It's a good shortcut but a dangerous one as well.

There a two different kinds of corners, the tombstone corners at Green and Orange, and the crate corners at Red and Blue.

I enjoyed the game I got on this one. It's nice to see a decent layout on a new canvas with a slightly different pallet. I second what nutduster said about the jetpacks though, since you can't block off the roofs I'd just recommend playing the map without them. I look forward to seeing more from you on forge world too.

I've played this a couple times and I love it, Noooooch! Its a really simple layout but the simplicity is what really makes the map fun. I enjoy the open DMR battles and hectic bomb runs. I gotta say Assault is probably my favorite gametype on the map, always had a crazy game when we played Assault haha.

Excellent job on the map man, I hope we can test some new maps from you soon!

Midtown has been updated extensively for the Anniversary Task. Most of the work has been under the hood, but there have been some changes to the weapon set.

The OP has been updated accordingly.

I actually really liked this map, its interesting looking around and seeing new pieces, the layout is simple and it works. When I played this in doubles, I actually had a good amount of fun.
