I think you could have done this contest a lot better. Allow me to explain: Instead of eliminating one team per week (which constricts the amount of total content), you should create a points system to determine the overall contest standings. Points would be given out based on how the teams compared to each other in each individual round OR by filling out a certain set of criteria (like a RH score). You see, different forgers have different styles and map types the specialize in. If you choose to eliminate people per round, you take the bad route of allowing these styles to pretty much decide who wins and who loses. After a round's maps are completed (you should give them 3-4 weeks or more), if you choose to rank them every round, you should post a poll and download links + video footage of the maps. You need to let the community pick the best and worst because as far as I can tell, you lack the expertise (or just the credentials) to arbitrarily decide how these maps place from a fair, well educated standpoint. This is especially important when you're dealing with map types that are vastly different. If you decide to go the way of scoring the maps from a criteria, you need to explain in-depth why the map earned that score, and provide multiple (at least 3-5) examples.
