This is the second version of Forge Hub Favorites-ized minigame, Hoglaunch (the original one is here). The game is literally the same: launch warthogs and yourself as far as possible using the explosives on hand, and get more points the farther they fly. What's different in this version is there are a lot more warthogs (8 instead of the original 2 per team) and the game is played offense vs. defense rather than both teams being on both offense and defense simultaneously. For the defensive side, there's a row of gauss hogs to shoot the other team's launches back in their sorry faces - and with 8 hogs to launch there should be plenty to shoot at. You can play this with 2 people only if you like, but it works best with large parties of 12+.

my only opinoin on this map is maybe put a shield door in front of the prepration area to prevent defenders from shooting the hose and fusion coils while the attacking team is trying to set up their own hogs.

They cant as of now, a window blocks the line of fire (correct me if I am wrong). A shield door would be a waste of resources and probably look bad too.

This new version looks nice, and I really like the now launching platform. I wish I got to play test with you but Im sure this is as fun or even more so than the original. Loadout cam is still great.

Nope, you are correct. Defenders can only fire just above the launch platform; if they try to shoot the offensive team or interfere with the launch setups, they harmlessly blast the windows in front of them instead.

This one really had very little testing compared to the OG version. That one took a lot of weeks of refining and ironing out reissues (plus I ended up rebuilding it entirely several times); this one was a relatively simply affair since I knew what I wanted to do with it and had already figured out all the potential issues from before.

I also owe a debt of gratitude to Darth Human, whose suggestions played a key part in the updated design. I had been considering some things like this already, but he motivated me and helped me refine my ideas down to their meaty core.

This is one of the most popular games when i host Custom Game Night on Thursday nights. The originality is ingenious. The endless placement of the fusion coils to "get more distance" and the constant scoring make it plain out a joy to play. Thank you Nutduster for this map and game. Brilliant!!!!
