Spirit Spirit is a scaled down remake of the map from Unreal Tournament 2004. There are some minor differences between the original design and this rendition of Spirit as I took the liberty to make some changes that I felt would benefit the map for 1v1s on Reach. Weapons: Needle Rifle x2 Sniper x1 90s Grenade Launcher x1 90s Custom x1 120s Invis x1 120s 2x Sticky Nades 2x Frag Nades
I like the use of the medium bridges. Some parts of the map didn't look to good, examle: Picture #1 had three block tall and thins lined up close together. In my opinion that didn't look to nice. The map still looks good, good job.
You really broke it down with this map. Very good gameplay principles. You definitely pulled out all the stops, just the way you have the weapons placed throughout the three levels of the map is perfect. Spawns, perfect. I also like these style of maps, so it's no surprise I like Spirit.
Didn't even realize you commented on this. Haha. Thanks Paints. I'm actually not too fond of this map... Although I do like this iteration more than Liquor, it still doesn't jive too well with me. Really, it's the aesthetics. It still looks like ****. I do like each room having their own aesthetic to further differentiate them from each other, however I feel that they clash too much... Hopefully H4 will allow me to do this map justice.
