Howdy. I've never built a CnR map before, and I will need some advice - and perhaps some forge assistance from anyone who has built one before. I'm looking to recreate a city image, on the docks, but I am having some creativity blockage issues. If anyone would like to help out, it would be much appreciated. I know there is a system to help look for forge partners, but I just need specific help on this with people who are experienced in doing so and If not, I am always looking for advice on this. If needed, I can post a few pictures. Thanks
yeah, heres a tip ..don't do it. I'm just playing, I'm not that much of a ****, I made a cops n robbers map before cause they are so easy to make. If you gave more detail of your problem, I could help you with this. If you check out THFE city background tutorial, they show you how you can create a fake background and such.
I have seen the actual cops and robbers map....it is so STUPID!! It really is not well forged, I cant stand for people who love to play maps like cops and robbers, because thet don't understand forge.
It's not so much of a background that I'm hesitant about - it's more so the flow of the map. I don't normally have a problem with making a map aesthetic, but sometimes I have to compensate for gameplay and that may be another dilemma I have. If you want, you can send me a friend request and see what we come up with; that is, if the map is something worth pursuing. [br][/br]Edited by merge: Yeah, it was very sloppy, but I still had fun playing on it. One of the greatest problems with the map was the position, which required a large budget. The majority of my map is integrated onto Paradiso - or at least a section of it.
Hopefully that is what happens. ;D I've built many large buildings before, but now I have to construct multiple small ones that flow well between one another.
